Parish Council

The parish pastoral council works alongside the parish pastor, offering guidance and support to the parish. Its main goal is to help the pastor shape a shared vision for the parish, determine what's most important, and explore and suggest pastoral initiatives that meet the parish’s needs. The council focuses on spiritual and pastoral aspects of parish life, rather than handling day-to-day administrative duties or financial management; those responsibilities remain with the pastor and parish staff. The parish council typically meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6 p.m. in the Parish Hall.

Parish Finance Council

The Parish Finance Council is a consultative body of parishioners that help the pastor administer parish financial matters by assisting with the annual budget, reviewing financial reports, and providing advice on significant financial commitments, such as large expenditures or capital projects. Its duties include preparing the annual budget, reviewing financial statements, and communicating the parish's financial situation to the parishioners. The council is also responsible for overseeing maintenance, fund-raising programs, and ensuring compliance with diocesan policies. The Finance Council meets quarterly.
