Youth Education
Our Mission
St. Mary’s partners with parents, the primary religious educators of their children, to nurture a lifelong journey of faith. Our Religious Education Program teaches the Catholic faith and instills Gospel values, faithfully guiding souls in the Church's truths. We empower them with prayer, grace, and the holy sacraments, strengthening them against worldly distractions and inspiring hope for eternal life.
Kindergarten-8th Grade
Our curriculum builds upon previous catechetical studies, focusing on helping children know and love Christ and His Church, not solely on sacrament preparation. We encourage continuous enrollment from Kindergarten through eighth grade for children attending public school.
Grades 9-12
This class is for youth seeking to complete their initiation in the holy sacraments. Students must complete two years of catechetical formation. Confirmation may be received with adults if they are 18 before studies are complete.
Schedule
The class schedule allows families to celebrate Mass together before or after Sunday school.
- K-8: Sundays, 10-11:20 a.m.
- Grades 9-12: Sundays, 12:45-2 p.m.
